We meet you personally to discuss your career aspirations for temporary or permanent work.  Before leaving home, ensure you have investigated our office location, are well groomed and arrive on time.

Skill Testing
The thought of being “skill tested” can be scary, however, experienced office staff are usually confident of their abilities and know it’s our job to establish the level of technical competency.

Using SkillCheck, we give you time to warm up and practice and we use the latest technology to make it happen.

Your own Personal Recruitment Consultant:
A Lefroy career consultant will be appointed to you.  This person will work with you to achieve your career goals. 

Finding the Right Job:

Temping is a very popular option with job seekers …it gives variety and choices. Temping gives you an opportunity to “try before you buy”, temping gives you immediate income if you are in between jobs or are traveling on a Work Visa, temping gives you an opportunity to meet new people and gain new skills.

Getting started with Lefroy as a temp:
Once your interview and skill test results have been processed and your career consultant feels your skills and experience is a good match for one of our clients, you will be offered your first assignment.
